This class is for all types of athletes, not just dancers. It is designed to elevate your performance by focusing on key elements that contribute to an athlete’s overall strength and endurance. Whether you are a beginner looking to build a solid foundation or an advanced athlete aiming to refine your skills, this class is perfect for you.

What to wear:

Shoes: CLEAN, non-marking sole sneakers or barefoot

Clothing: Form-fitted clothing that is comfortable and allows for movement. Dancers are encouraged to wear stirrup or convertible style tights and a leotard.
