Ages 10 – Adult
This style will push dancers to feel and interpret a piece of music while thinking about the intention of each movement.
Ballet is a prerequisite for student dancers who wish to register for this class. We highly recommend a ballet class for adult dancers that choose to register for this class.

- Encourages dancers to explore and express emotions as they connect with the music and choreography.

What to Wear:
Shoes: No shoes/barefoot.
Clothing: Convertible or stirrup style tights and leotard. Dance shorts or jazz pants/leggings may be worn over tights. Baggy or loose fitted clothing is not permitted.
